A family business built on brick.
Richmond Repointing has been working on brickwork across South West London since 1946. Founded by Jack Barker, three generations of craftsmen have kept the same standards and the same belief that brick - old or new - deserves to be laid and looked after properly.
Today the business is run by Nick Barker, who learned the trade as a boy from his father and grandfather. We repoint full house facades in flush, struck, heritage, lime and tuck styles, restore period brickwork, lay new garden walls and piers, fit new fascias and guttering and carry out small roofing repairs on slate, tile and flat roofs - same team, same standards. Every job is overseen personally; no subcontracted teams, no sales people, no corporate layers.
